【摘要】 目的:观察田基黄对湿热证糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年6月在本院接受诊治但疗效欠理想的湿热证糖尿病患者80例,根据随机对照法分组,分为对照组(n=40)、观察组(n=40),两组均维持原有的方案予生活方式干预和/或西药降糖,观察组在此基础上加用田基黄汤药口服,两组均治疗3个月,比较两组治疗前后的中医证候积分、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、肝肾功能以及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效37例(92.5%)高于对照组30例(75.0%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.501,P=0.034)。两组治疗后主症、次症评分较治疗前均有下降,但与对照组相比,观察组治疗后各项指标显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的HbA1c、FPG、2 h PG水平较治疗前均有降低,但与对照组相比,观察组各项指标均下降显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后的肝肾功能及不良反应发生情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:湿热型糖尿病患者服用田基黄中药液后,临床症状得到显著改善,血糖指标得到有效控制,无明显的不良反应,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Grangea Maderaspatana on blood glucose in patients with damp-heat type diabetes mellitus.Method:From January 2019 to June 2020,80 patients with damp-heat type diabetes were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with lifestyle intervention and/or western medicine to reduce blood sugar.The observation group was given Grangea Maderaspatana decoction orally on this basis.Both groups were treated for 3 months,TCM syndrome score,HbA1c,2 h postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,liver and kidney function and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:The total effective rate of 37 cases (92.5%) in the observation group was higher than that of 30 cases (75.0%) in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ~2=4.501,P=0.034).After treatment,the main symptoms and secondary symptoms scores of the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,but compared with the control group,the indexes of the observation group were significantly decreased after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of HbA1c,FPG and 2 h PG in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,but compared with the control group,the indexes in the observation group decreased significantly,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function and adverse reactions between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of patients with damp-heat type diabetes are improved obviously after taking Grangea Maderaspatana traditional Chinese medicine,the blood sugar index is controlled effectively,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.更多还原
