【摘要】 目的:分析优质护理在颅内动脉瘤夹闭术患者中的应用效果及对预防并发症、改善生活质量的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年6月本院收治的颅内动脉瘤患者90例,患者均在本院进行颅内动脉瘤夹闭术,将患者按照入院时间的先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组常规护理的基础上给予优质护理。比较两组的相关临床指标(手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间)及并发症发生情况,比较两组术后3个月的生活质量及预后情况。结果:两组手术时间、术中出血量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组未发生动脉瘤破裂、电解质紊乱等,其并发症发生率为8.89%,明显低于对照组的24.44%(P<0.05),其中对照组较多发生脑血管痉挛、颅内感染。术后3个月,观察组生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无死亡病例,其中观察组预后良好率为86.67%,明显高于对照组的68.89%(P<0.05)。结论:通过给予颅内动脉瘤夹闭术患者以优质护理,可减少并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,改善患者预后及生活质量,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing in patients with intracranial aneurysm clipping and its effect on preventing complications and improving quality of life.Method:A total of90 patients with intracranial aneurysm admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected,and all of them underwent intracranial aneurysm clipting in our hospital.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission time,45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and patients in the observation group were given high quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing of the control group.The relevant clinical indicators (operative time,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay) and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups,the quality of life at 3 months after operation of two groups were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in operative time and intraoperative blood loss between two groups (P>0.05).The length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).No complications such as ruptured aneurysm and electrolyte disturbance occurred in the observation group,and the total incidence of complications was 8.89%,it was significantly lower than 24.44% in the control group (P<0.05),cerebrovascular spasm and intracranial infection were more common in the control group.At 3 months after operation,the scores of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,general health status,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).There were no deaths in two groups,and the rate of good prognosis in the observation group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than 68.89% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:By providing high quality nursing for patients with intracranial aneurysm clipping,the incidence of complications can be reduced,the length of hospital stay can be shortened,and the prognosis and quality of life of patients can be improved,which is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
