【摘要】 目的:探究滋阴补肾方联合中频脉冲疗法对老年绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)患者骨密度及骨代谢指标的影响。方法:选取本院2018年6月-2019年4月收治的88例老年PMOP患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组采用中频脉冲电治疗仪进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予滋阴补肾方治疗。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛评分、骨密度、骨代谢指标及安全性。结果:观察组的总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组68.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组VAS评分高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组骨密度均低于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组Ca水平低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论:滋阴补肾方联合中频脉冲疗法在治疗老年PMOP疾病中具有较好效果,患者骨密度及骨代谢指标均得到改善,疼痛感降低,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Ziyin Bushen Prescription combined with intermediate frequency pulse therapy on bone mineral density and bone metabolism indexes in elderly postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) patients.Method:A total of 88 elderly PMOP patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to April 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intermediate frequency pulsed electric therapeutic apparatus,and the observation group was given Ziyin Bushen Prescription on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain score,bone mineral density,bone metabolism index and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%,higher than 68.18% of the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score in the control group was higher than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,bone mineral density in the control group were lower than those in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,Ca level in the control group was lower than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in both groups.Conclusion:Ziyin Bushen Prescription combined with intermediate frequency pulse therapy has good effect in the treatment of elderly PMOP disease,bone mineral density and bone metabolism indexes are improved,pain is reduced,and safety is high.更多还原
