【Abstract】 Limited by capital and scale, the proportion of lean production in small and medium-sized garment enterprises in China is relatively low. This paper explores the problems existing in the site management of small and medium-sized garment enterprises, and puts forward a scheme for improving the site management from three aspects, including visual management, 6S management and the improvement of management system, so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.更多还原
