【摘要】 在知识经济发展的今天,市场竞争越来越激烈,成果的取得、转让和许可也日渐频繁,高校科技成果转化也成了国家发展的重要组成部分。高校所拥有的科技成果是高校科研人员智慧的结晶,但是不应只把成果的产生作为终极目标,科技成果的真正意义在于通过实际的应用,发展社会生产力,促进社会进步。该文分析了自办企业模式和校企合作模式两种主要的高校科技成果转换模式,分析了两种模式中存在的问题,进而提出了3种对策建议,相信对从事相关工作的同行能有所裨益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Today,with the development of knowledge economy,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce,the acquisition,transfer and licensing of achievements are becoming more and more frequent,and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities has become an important part of national development.The scientific and technological achievements owned by colleges and universities are the crystallization of the wisdom of scientific researchers in colleges and universities,but we should not only take the production of achievements as the ultimate goal.The real significance of scientific and technological achievements is to develop social productivity and promote social progress through practical application.This paper analyzes two main modes of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities:self run enterprise mode and school enterprise cooperation mode,analyzes the problems existing in the two modes,and then puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions,which are believed to be beneficial to colleagues engaged in related work.更多还原
