【Abstract】 Successfully bid to host the 2022 Winter Olympic Games has played a positive role in the development of relative industry in china.In order to better promote the sustainable development,our country has formulated and published the plans of the development,actively advocating and stressing the cultivation of ice and snow sports talents.As the leading area of ice and snow sports in China,more attention should be paid to the exploration of the cultivation model of the talents.This paper mainly aims at exploring the cultivation model of talents of ice and snow sports in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region under the background of the Winter Olympics and also can help the region and other places.更多还原
