镀锌机组拉矫机辊端支撑轴承磨损分析和对策

【摘要】 针对某薄板厂镀锌机组现场拉矫机经常出现掉辊、服役周期短的问题,对拉矫机做了重点研究和力学分析,发现导致这一问题产生的原因是由于拉矫机辊端支撑轴承在轴径向力的作用下失效所致。针对这一原因制定了一系列有效措施,如优化辊端支撑轴承结构、提高辊系装配质量、优化工艺参数等,提高了拉矫机工作辊和中间辊辊端支撑轴承的使用寿命,减少了拉矫机弯曲单元辊盒的频繁更换和掉辊现象的发生,大大降低了备件和检修成本,进一步提高了镀锌生产线的产量和稳定了质量。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of roll-off and short service period of the on-site tension leveler of a thin plate factory galvanizing line, the focus of the tension leveler was studied and mechanical analysis, and it was found that the cause of this problem was the support of the roller end of the tension leveler. The bearing fails due to the radial force of the shaft. For this reason, a series of effective measures have been formulated as follows, optimizing the structure of the roller end support bearing, improving the assembly quality of the roller system, and optimizing the process parameters, to improve the service life of the support bearings of the work roll and the intermediate roll of the tension leveler, reduce the frequent replacement of the bending unit roll box of the tension leveler and the occurrence of roll drop, which greatly reduces the cost of spare parts and maintenance has been reduced, the output of the galvanizing line has been further increased and the quality has been stabilized.
