【摘要】 目的 探讨合并高血压的老年稳定型心绞痛患者应用麝香保心丸的临床治疗效果。方法 选择2019年5月至2021年3月期间我院心血管内科门诊收治的稳定型心绞痛（SPA）老年患者100例作为研究对象，所有患者均合并高血压，随机将受试者分为观察组（n=50）及对照组（n=50），对照组患者给予常规治疗，观察组患者联合麝香保心丸，两组患者均治疗8周，分析并比较两组患者治疗有效率、心绞痛发作次数及持续时间、心功能及不良事件等指标。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P <0.05）。治疗前两组患者心绞痛发作次数及持续时间差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）；治疗后两组患者心绞痛发作次数及持续时间均降低，且观察组治疗后心绞痛发作持续时间及发作次数小于对照组（P <0.05）。治疗前后两组患者LVEF差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。观察组用药总不良事件发生率与对照组相比，差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。结论 合并高血压的老年稳定型心绞痛患者应用麝香保心丸能够改善心绞痛症状，提高治疗有效率，临床用药安全性高，联合用药后不良事件发生率较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on elderly patients with stable angina pectoris complicated with hypertension. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with stable angina pectoris(SPA)admitted to the Cardiovascular Internal Medicine Clinic of our hospital from May 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects. All patients had concomitant hypertension and were randomly divided into an observation group(n=50)and a control group(n=50).The control group received routine treatment, while the observation group received a combination of Shexiang Baoxin Pills. Both groups received treatment for 8 weeks, and the treatment efficacy of the two groups was analyzed and compared Indicators such as the frequency and duration of angina attacks, cardiac function, and adverse events. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the number and duration of angina attacks between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05); After treatment, the number and duration of angina attacks in both groups of patients decreased, and the duration and duration of angina attacks in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in LVEF between the two groups of patients before and after treatment(P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse events between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion The application of Shexiang Baoxin Pill can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and improve the treatment efficiency in elderly patients with stable angina pectoris combined with hypertension. The clinical medication safety is high, and the incidence of adverse events after combined use is low.更多还原
