【摘要】 城市地下空间资源开发是"福泽万民,惠及千秋"的一项伟业。随着城市化进程的加快,大量土地被开发,城市土地资源越来越紧张,在地面、空中空间几近饱和的情况下,加大对地下空间资源的开发利用俨然成为进一步完善城市功能的有效手段。近年来,虽然我国城市地下空间的建设规模与速度令人惊叹,但开发利用依然存在一些缺陷。基于此,本文分析了城市地下空间资源开发利用的价值、问题以及相应对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of urban underground space resources is a great cause of "blessing all the people and benefiting the future".With the acceleration of urbanization,a large amount of land has been developed,and urban land resources have become increasingly tense,when the ground and air space are almost saturated,increasing the development and utilization of underground space resources has become an effective means to further improve the city’s functions.In recent years,although the scale and speed of urban underground space construction in China is amazing,there are still some shortcomings in development and utilization.Based on this,this paper analyzes the value,problems and corresponding countermeasures of the development and utilization of urban underground space resources.更多还原
