铅锌冶炼污酸处理及汞的脱除技术研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了铅锌冶炼污酸传统处理工艺中的中和沉淀法、硫化-中和法和铁盐-中和法,并分析了新型聚结脱汞技术。相比之下,聚结脱汞技术具有清洁高效、原料适应性强、能够选择性脱汞和处理成本较低等特点。其间通过试验验证了聚结脱汞技术在铅冶炼污酸和锌冶炼污酸中的处理效果。试验结果表明,在每升污酸液中M201添加量为10 mL和室温的条件下,溶液中汞脱除率能够超过99%,渣中汞富集率能够保持在20%~40%。

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the neutralization precipitation method,sulfide-neutralization method and iron salt-neutralization method in the traditional treatment process of the pollutant acid of lead and zinc smelting,and analyzed the new coalescence mercury removal technology.In contrast,the coalescence mercury removal technology has the characteristics of clean and efficient,strong raw material adaptability,selective mercury removal and low processing cost.In the meantime,experiments were used to verify the effect of coalescing mercury removal technology in the treatment of lead smelting pollutant acid and zinc smelting pollutant acid.The test results show that under the conditions of 10 mL of M201 added per liter of pollutant acid solution and room temperature,the mercury removal rate in the solution can exceed 99%,and the mercury enrichment rate in the slag can be maintained at 20%~40%.
