PCI联合血栓抽吸治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的效果探索

【摘要】 目的探索经皮冠状动脉支架植入术(PCI)联合血栓抽吸治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的效果。方法 90例急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者,根据治疗方法的差异分为研究组和参照组,各45例。研究组采取PCI联合血栓抽吸治疗;参照组采取PCI治疗。比较两组心肌梗死溶栓治疗临床试验(TIMI)血流分级及不良心血管事件发生率。结果研究组治疗后TIMI血流分级优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良心血管事件发生率4.44%(2/45)低于参照组的24.44%(11/45),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.2827, P=0.0069<0.05)。结论 PCI联合血栓抽吸治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的效果更佳,安全性更高,值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) combined with thrombus aspiration in the treatment of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 90 patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction were divided into research group and reference group according to the difference of treatment methods, with 45 cases in each group. The research group was treated with PCI and with thrombus aspiration, and the reference group was treated with PCI. The thrombolysis in myocardial infarction(TIMI) blood flow classification and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the TIMI blood flow classification of the research group was better than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events 4.44%(2/45) in the research group was lower than 24.44%(11/45) in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=7.2827, P=0.0069<0.05). Conclusion PCI in combination with thrombus aspiration is effective and safer in the treatment of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, and is worth promoting.
