【摘要】 目的分析支气管镜支气管肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺部感染患者的临床疗效。方法 150例重症肺部感染患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用支气管镜支气管肺泡灌洗治疗。对比两组治疗效果、退热时间、咳嗽咳痰时间、白细胞恢复时间、住院时间。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.33%,显著高于对照组的82.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的退热时间(7.48±2.13)d、咳嗽咳痰时间(7.26±2.43)d、白细胞恢复时间(11.47±2.83)d、住院时间(12.43±2.24)d均短于对照组的(12.47±2.83)、(11.35±2.53)、(20.58±2.64)、(21.14±3.53)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于重症肺部感染患者临床中运用支气管镜气管肺泡灌洗治疗,能够缩短患者的咳嗽咳痰时间、退热时间、住院时间,促进患者白细胞恢复,临床治疗效果显著,具有较高的推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of bronchoalveolar lavage with bronchoscope in the treatment of patients with severe pulmonary infection. Methods A total of 150 patients with severe pulmonary infection were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table, with 75 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the observation group received bronchoalveolar lavage with bronchoscope based on the control group. The therapeutic effect, antipyretic time, cough and expectoration time, white blood cell recovery time, hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 97.33%, which was significantly higher than 82.67% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The antipyretic time, cough and expectoration time, white blood cell recovery time, hospitalization time of the observation group were(7.48±2.13),(7.26±2.43),(11.47±2.83) and(12.43±2.24) d, which were all shorter than(12.47±2.83),(11.35±2.53),(20.58±2.64) and(21.14±3.53) d of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Bronchoalveolar lavage with bronchoscope has significant clinical effect for patients with severe pulmonary infection, which can shorten the cough and expectoration time, antipyretic time, hospitalization time, and promote the recovery of white blood cells.
