【Abstract】 The low performance of family doctors is a prominent problem in China at the present stage, and its motivation is not clear. Giddens’ structural duality theory can explain the motivation of behaviors. Based on which, the theoretical paradigm of family doctors’ performance structure duality can be constructed to analyze the “structure behavior” duality of family doctors’ performance, and explore the motivation of family doctors’ performance, so as to provide theoretical basis for the study of family doctors’ low performance, and provide reference for relevant departments to formulate policies and measures to promote family doctors’ performance.更多还原
