【摘要】 医科院校公共事业管理专业承担着培养卫生事业管理人才的重任,但是在发展的过程中深陷边缘化的困境。医科院校公共事业管理专业发展边缘化主要体现在两个方面,一是在教育中被医学类专业边缘化,二是工作后被医疗类岗位边缘化。针对医科院校公共事业管理专业发展边缘化的问题,既要推动医科院校医学类专业与管理类专业的共同发展,又要推动医疗机构医疗岗位和管理岗位的协同配置。更多还原

【Abstract】 The major of public service management in medical colleges and universities undertakes the important task of training health management talents,but it is in the dilemma of marginalization in the process of development.
