浙江省直机关公务员亚健康状况及影响因素分析

Analyzing The Status of Sub-health of Civil Servants in Zhejiang Provincial Governmental Departments and Its Influencing Factors

【摘要】 目的:调查浙江省直机关部分公务员人群的亚健康状况及相关影响因素。方法:2018年11月-2019年1月,通过横断面研究方法对6家省级机关单位公务员进行在线调查。采用χ~2检验、Wilicoxon秩和检验对公务员亚健康的影响因素进行单因素分析,采用logistic回归对公务员亚健康进行生活方式等多因素分析。结果:本次调查共收集有效数据1248份,被调查机关公务员的亚健康检出率为8.1%。女性公务员的亚健康检出率(11.3%)高于男性(7.2%)。Logistics回归分析表明规律运动是亚健康的保护因素,高职业压力、喜爱吃辣、睡眠质量差、睡眠时间少、久坐是亚健康的危险因素。结论:为了降低浙江省机关公务员亚健康检出率,政府和主管部门应重视员工职业压力,关爱女性员工健康。公务员应注意劳逸结合,改变久坐习惯,规律运动、合理饮食、保证充足和有效的睡眠。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the status of sub-health of civil servants in Zhejiang provincial governmental departments and its influencing factors. Methods From Nov. 2018 to Jan. 2019, civil servants in six provincial governmental departments of Zhejiang were surveyed with online cross-sectional survey. Data was analyzed with chi-square test, Wilcoxon rank sum test and logistic regression. Results A total of 1248 valid data was obtained. The prevalence of sub-health among civil servants in Zhejiang provincial government was 8.1%, in which the prevalence was higher in female(11.3%) than that in male(7.2%). Logistic regression analysis showed that regular exercise was a protective factor to sub-health, while high occupational stress, spicy food, poor sleep quality, less sleep and sedentariness were risk factors to sub-health. Conclusion It is suggested for the government to value the occupational stress of civil servants, especially take care for the health of female employees. Civil servants should balance their work with rest, change the sedentary lifestyle, exercise regularly, have reasonable diet, and ensure adequate and effective sleep.
