【摘要】 目的分析2型神经纤维瘤病(neurofibromatosis type 2,NF2)负性生长颅内肿瘤的临床特点。方法回顾性分析70例NF2病人的临床影像资料,构建颅内肿瘤三维模型,计算相对年生长率,分析负性生长肿瘤的临床特点。结果 70例NF2病人中颅内肿瘤共计213个,其中负性生长21个(9.9%),分布于18例成年病人中。与非负性生长组比较,负性生长组病人年龄偏大(P=0.020),脑膜瘤数目偏多(P=0.046);脑表面和脑室内脑膜瘤数目在负性生长组与非负性生长组间均有明显差异(P <0.05)。而在NF2脑膜瘤病人中,负性生长与非负性生长脑膜瘤病人男女比例存在显著差异(P=0.049)。结论 NF2负性生长颅内肿瘤较为常见,且肿瘤负性生长在年龄较大的病人中多见,在儿童病人中罕见。负性生长脑膜瘤在女性NF2病人中较为常见。NF2脑膜瘤数目、部位可对肿瘤负性生长有影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical features of intracranial neurofibromatosis type 2(NF2) tumors with negative growth.Methods Clinical imaging data of 70 NF2 patients were analyzed retrospectively. 3D models of intracranial tumors were built, and the relative growth rates were calculated, then, the clinical features of tumors with negative growth were analyzed. Results A total of 213 intracranial tumors in 70 patients were included, with 21(9.9%) negative growth tumors in 18 adult patients. Compared with the non-negative growth group,the age was significantly older(P = 0.020), and the meningioma number was larger in the negative growth group(P = 0.046). Moreover, There were significant differences in meningioma number on the brain surface and in the ventricle between negative growth group and non-negative growth group(P < 0.05). In the patients with NF2 meningioma,significant difference was found in the sex ratio between the negative growth and non-negative growth meningiomas(P = 0.049).Conclusions NF2 intracranial tumors with negative growth are common, and negative growth is more common in older patients,while rare in children. Additionally, meningioma with negative growth is more common in female patients, and the locations and numbers of NF2 meningioma seem to affect the negative growth of tumors.更多还原
