高层高密度住区标准层形式及住户热舒适度相关评价研究——以重庆市为例

【摘要】 随着中国城镇化的快速推进,高层高密度住区成为中国大中城市的一个重要的空间现象。但在既有研究成果中,很少关注基于不同标准层形态的高层高密度住区的住户热舒适度研究。针对此问题,本文首先对重庆市近5年高层高密度住区的住宅标准层形式进了行总结,然后以不同形式标准层为研究对象,以住户满意度为核心,对采光通风情况、夏季遮阳情况和室内热舒适情况进行了调研,进而得出住户对住区不同套型设计的热舒适度评价。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of Urbanization in China, high-rise and high-density residential areas have become an important phenomenon in large and medium-sized cities. However, in the existing research results, little attention has been paid to the research on the thermal comfort of residents in high-rise and high-density residential areas according to different standard floor layout. Aiming at this problem, firstly, this paper summarized the layout design of residential buildings in high density residential area of Chongqing which were built in recent five years. Secondly, according to the different layout design, an investigation on the lighting and ventilation conditions, building shading design and thermal comfort of residence was carried out.
