【摘要】 在建立旧楼加梯关系图谱的基础上,调研我国旧楼加梯中存在的问题,总结得出我国旧楼加梯工作仍处于一个"哑铃型困局"当中。在归纳旧楼加梯各要素的基础上,建立了旧楼加梯的研究方法与分析模型;利用分析模型对我国旧楼加梯进行深入研究,提出进一步促进旧楼加梯在技术、资金、群众工作、政策立法等方面的建议。更多还原
