【摘要】 基于联合国商品贸易数据库,2015—2019年中国废纺织原料及制品进口额和进口量数据,对比分析2017年被列入我国《禁止进口固体废物目录》的14种废纺织原料及制品,禁止进口限制措施实施成效。结果显示,除其他动物细毛的落毛(HS 510310)仍有少量进口外,其余废纺织原料及制品进口均得到有效的限制,这有助于提高国内废纺织原料及制品再生利用率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the United Nations Commodity Trade Database,and data of China’s textile wastes import volume and quantity from 2015 to 2019, this paper makes a comparative analysis of 14 kinds of textile wastes listed in China’s "Catalogue of Prohibited Import of Solid Wastes" in 2017, and the its implementation effect. The results show that, except for a small amount of animal fine wool(HS 510310), the import of other textile wastes has been effectively restricted, which helps to improve the recycling rate of domestic textile wastes in China.更多还原
