5自由度角接触球轴承的静态特性分析
Static Analysis of 5-DOF Angular Contact Ball Bearings
【摘要】 基于Demul(Author’s abbreviation)理论和弹性赫兹接触理论,考虑滚珠与滚道之间的弹性接触以及滚珠与外载荷对轴承内圈的作用力,建立5自由度角接触球轴承的静态分析模型。首先利用该模型求解结果与已知文献结果相对比,验证本文模型的准确性、稳定性和通用性。接着研究外载荷(轴向力、径向力和力矩)对轴承静态接触角和接触力的影响。最后研究轴承外载荷对轴承静态刚度(径向刚度、轴向刚度和角刚度)的影响。结果表明,轴向力和径向力对角接触球轴承静态特性产生重要影响,但是力矩对轴承静态特性影响较小。
【Abstract】 Based on Demul(author’s abbreviation) theory and Hertz elastic contact theory, the static analysis model of 5-DOF angular contact ball bearings is established by considering the elastic contact between balls and raceways and the force exerted by balls and external loads on the inner ring of the bearings. Firstly, the accuracy, stability and universality of the established model are verified by comparing the results from the presented model with those in the existing literatures.Then, the influences of the external loads(axial force, radial force and moment) on the static contact angle and the contact force of the bearings are investigated. Finally, the influences of external loads on the static stiffness(radial stiffness, axial stiffness and angular stiffness) of the bearings are studied. The results show that the axial and radial forces have great influences on the static characteristics of angular contact ball bearings, but the moment only has a small effect on the static characteristics of the angular contact ball bearings.
