【摘要】 目的探讨IGF-1在胃癌患者血清中的表达及与肿瘤标志物CEA、CA125、CA199和CA724的相关性。方法电化学发光法检测血清肿瘤标志物CEA、CA125、CA199、CA724的水平;采用酶联免疫分析法检测血清中IGF-1的水平;Pearson分析IGF-1与CEA、CA125、CA199和CA724的相关性。结果胃癌患者血清中CEA、CA125、CA199、CA724及IGF-1的水平均高于良性胃部疾病患者和健康对照组。胃癌Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期患者血清中CEA、CA125、CA199、CA724及IGF-1的水平明显高于Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期患者血清中的水平。胃癌患者血清中IGF-1的表达水平与CEA、CA125、CA199、CA724的表达水平呈正相关。结论同时检测血清中IGF-1及CEA、CA125、CA199、CA724的表达水平,可为胃癌的早期诊断提供可靠的理论依据,对胃癌预后判断也有一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of IGF-1 in gastric cancer patients serum and the correlation with tumor markers CEA,CA125,CA199 and CA724.Methods Using electrochemical luminescence to detect the levels of CEA,CA125,CA199,CA724 in the serum tumor markers;Using enzyme-linked immunoassay to measure the levels of serum IGF-1;the relevance analysis of IGF 1 and CEA,CA125,CA199,CA724 by Pearson.Results The levels of CEA,CA125,CA199,CA724 and IGF-1 in the gastric cancer patients serum were higher than in benign gastric disease patients and healthy controls.InⅢstage andⅣstage gastric cancer patients serum,the levels of CEA,CA125,CA199,CA724 and IGF-1 were obviously higher than that of patients with stageⅠandⅡlevels in the serum.The expression level of IGF-1 and CEA,CA125,CA199,CA724 were positively correlated in gastric cancer patients serum.Conclusion The detection of the expression level of IGF-1 and CEA,CA125,CA199,CA724 in serum can provide reliable theoretical basis for the early diagnosis of gastric cancer,for gastric cancer prognosis judgment also provied certain guiding significance.更多还原
