桑黄多糖对育成期蛋鸡生长性能、血液生化及免疫相关指标的影响

【摘要】 为了探究桑黄多糖对育成期蛋鸡生长性能、血液生化以及免疫相关指标的影响,本试验选取720只8周龄蛋鸡,随机分成4组,每组180只,每组6个重复,每个重复30只,分别在基础日粮中添加0、100、300 mg/(kg·bw)和600 mg/(kg·bw)桑黄多糖,预试验为7 d,试验周期为9周,第10周开始检测各项指标。结果显示:与对照组相比,桑黄多糖能够显著提高育成期蛋鸡采食量、日增重、胫骨长度、器官指数(P<0.05);显著降低血液谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDLC)含量(P<0.05);显著提升血液总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)和高密度脂蛋白(HDLC)含量(P<0.05);显著提高血清IgA、IgM、IgG和sIgA含量(P<0.05)。结果表明桑黄多糖能够显著提高育成期蛋鸡的生长性能、改善血液生化指标和提高免疫力,其中日粮中添加300 mg/(kg·bw)桑黄多糖效果最佳。

【Abstract】 In order to examine the effects of Phellinus linteus polysaccharides on the growth performance, hematological parameters and immunological indexes of growing-laying hens, 720 laying hens of 8 week age were selected for this study and randomly divided into 4 groups, each with 180 chickens, each with 6 replicates, and each replicate with 30 chickens. Phellinus linteus polysaccharides [0, 100, 300, and 600 mg/(kg·bw)] were added to the basal diet. The pre-experiment was 7 days and the experiment period was 9 weeks, all indicators were detected at the 10 th week. The results showed that compared with the control group, Phellinus linteus polysaccharides significantly increased the feed intake, daily weight, tibia length and organ index of growing-laying hens(P<0.05); significantly reduced the blood biochemical indexes(ALT, AST, TG, and LDLG)(P<0.05); significantly increased TP, ALB, and HDLG(P<0.05); and significantly increased serum and intestinal immunity content(IgA, IgM, IgG, and sIgA)(P<0.05). Thus, Phellinus linteus polysaccharides can be utilized to increase growth performance of laying hens during growing period, improve blood biochemical indexes and enhance immunity, especially at a dose of 300 mg/(kg·bw) in the diet.
