信鸽折叠型人工晶体设计

【摘要】 本试验旨在设计一款鸽眼专用折叠型人工晶体,以解决信鸽白内障治疗缺乏人工晶体的临床难题。筛选100只身体健康且双眼正常的成年信鸽,用B型超声测量200眼的晶状体赤道部直径与前后极轴长,用检影镜测量晶状体屈光力。结果显示:鸽眼晶状体赤道部直径、前后极轴长和屈光力的平均值分别为(5.89±0.48) mm、(2.79±0.24) mm和(80.855±3.690) D。本试验通过B型超声和检影镜测量鸽晶状体所获得的数据为人工晶体的设计提供临床依据,而人工晶体的制备为信鸽白内障治疗提供了新的选择。

【Abstract】 In order to resolve the clinical dilemma of pigeon cataract treatment without intraocular lens, a special folding intraocular lens for pigeon eyes was designed. A total of 100 healthy adult pigeons with normal eyes were screened. The equatorial diameter and anteroposterior axis length of the lens of 200 eyes were measured by B-mode ultrasound, and lens diopter was measured by retinoscope.The results showed that the mean values of equatorial diameter, anteroposterior axial length and diopter of pigeon lens were(5.89±0.48) mm,(2.79±0.24) mm, and(80.855±3.69) D, respectively. The measurement of pigeon lens by B-mode ultrasound and retinoscope in this study provided a clinical basis for the design of intraocular lens, and the preparation of intraocular lens offered a new choice for the treatment of pigeon cataract.
