【摘要】 本试验中死亡的1例黄缘闭壳龟幼龟来源于北京某养殖场。剖检发现体腔内充盈溢出的肠道内容物,十二指肠的浆膜层表面可见穿孔及存在针尖状出血点。组织病理切片可见其肝脏、肾脏组织中存在大量菌团,提示可能发生了严重的细菌感染。为明确致病病原,进一步采用PCR与二代测序技术进行了病原菌的鉴定。结果显示,肝脏与十二指肠组织中存在致病菌口龟杆菌(Chelonobacter oris)。基于病理学观察和分子生物学鉴定数据,推测该菌是引起该病例死亡的感染病原。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study reported described the diagnosis of a dead juvenile in a population of Cuora flavomarginata housed in a private farm in Beijing. Intestinal contents were found in the body cavity after necropsy. Perforation and punctate hemorrhages were observed on the serosal surface of the duodenum. Bacterial colonies were detected in tissue sections of the liver and kidney, suggesting a massive bacterial infection in this dead animal. PCR and Illumina sequencing of 16 S ribosomal RNA tags were performed to identify the causative pathogen further. Chelonobacter oris,a common pathogenic bacterium usually present in Testudo hermanni,was detected in tissue samples of liver and duodenum. Combining the data of molecular identification and pathological observation, C. oris was considered as the likely cause of death in this case.更多还原
