【摘要】 为研究中药乳炎康防治奶牛隐性乳房炎的效果及其安全性。试验选择荷斯坦乳房炎奶牛进行中药防治奶牛隐性乳房炎试验,选取昆明小鼠进行中药乳炎康安全性试验。结果显示:中药乳炎康防治奶牛隐性乳房炎有良好效果,有效率86.67%,治愈率73.33%;安全性试验中,各药物组小鼠平均日增重与空白对照组相比均差异极显著(P<0.01),亚急性毒性试验各组小鼠平均日增重、肝体比、肾体比、脾体比差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明中药乳炎康防治奶牛隐性乳房炎有良好效果,而且毒副作用小,使用安全性高;本品短期使用具有一定的促进生长作用,长期使用对生长无不良影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effect and safety of Ruyankang on preventing and treating dairy cow recessive mastitis, we selected dairy cows for control study and mice for safety experiments. The results showed that Ruyankang had a good effect in preventing and curing cow recessive mastitis, with an effective rate of 86.67% and a cure rate of 73.33%. In the safety test, the average daily gain of mice in each drug group was significantly different from that in the blank control group(P<0.01),while the average daily gain of mice, liver/body ratio, kidney/body ratio and spleen/body ratio in each subacute toxicity test group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05). The results showed that the compound Chinese medicine Ruyankang had good effect in preventing and curing dairy cow recessive mastitis, and high safety. The short-term use of this compound has certain growth promoting effect, and the long-term use has no adverse effect on the growth.更多还原
