灰树花菌包营养供应对子实体的影响
Effects of Nutrition Supply of Artificial Bed-log of Grifola frondosa on Fruiting Body
【摘要】 通过并棒处理研究了灰树花(Grifola frondosa)菌包营养供应对子实体生理的影响。结果表明,并棒和联棒处理明显改变了出菇过程菌棒培养物氮含量、pH及水含量,且这一变化并非单一的变大或变小,但其影响方向体现较好的一致性,这些变化体现了菌包培养物营养与子实体间存在双向影响。对照、并棒及联棒子实体的颜色为灰色、灰黑色及灰黑色,出菇期为26 d、28 d、28 d,开口育菇22 d时幼菇体积分别为(204.44±102.03)cm~3、(314.90±169.88)cm~3、(463.58±182.02)cm~3,三者之间均存在显著差异,碎菇率分别为30.21%、12.05%、10.02%,采摘时单菇重量分别为(278.00±30.92)g、(433.50±82.85)g、(631.27±132.48)g,三者之间均存在极显著差异,结果表明并棒(含联棒)处理对提高子实体品质十分有益。
【Abstract】 In this study, the effects of artificial bed-log’s nutrition on the physiology of fruiting body of Grifola frondosa through the combining artificial bed-logs were investigated. The results showed that the nitrogen content, pH and water content of the culture of the bi-artificial bed-logs or tri-artificial bed-logs were significantly changed compared with the control, and these changes were not a single increase or decrease, and these directions of influence showed a good consistency. These changes indicated that there was a bi-way influence between the nutrition of the culture and the fruiting body. The color of fruiting body of the CK, the bi-artificial bed-logs and tri-artificial bed-logs was gray, gray-black and gray-black, respectively, and the fruiting period was 26 d, 28 d and 28 d, respectively, and the volume of the young fruiting body at 22 d after holing and cultivating fruiting body was(204.44 ± 102.03) cm~3,(314.90 ± 169.88) cm~3,(463.58 ± 182.02) cm~3 respectively, and there are significant differences among the three, and the rate of tiny mushrooms was 30.21%, 12.05% and 10.02%, respectively. The weight of single fruit body was(278.00 ± 30.92) g,(433.50 ± 82.85) g and(631.27 ± 132.48) g at harvesting time, respectively, and there were significant differences among the three. The results showed that the treatment of the bi-artificial bed-logs(including tri-artificial bed-logs) was very beneficial to improve the quality of fruiting body.
