【摘要】 对杨树口蘑菌种进行分离和驯化研究。通过组织分离得到杨树口蘑菌种,并进行室内栽培试验。采用杨树叶、杨树木屑为主要原料制作栽培袋,利用杨树林的土壤和杨树叶为覆盖材料进行出菇试验。在室内栽培过程中,菌丝爬土后扭结变粗,形成类似子实体原基的形状,虽然并未形成真正的子实体,但为子实体形成提供了有益的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study on strain isolation and domestication of Tricholoma populinum J. Lange were introduced. The tissue separation method was used to get T. populinum J.Lange strains, and wild cultivation experiment and indoor cultivation experiment in Populas L. forest were carried out. Using Populas L. leaves, Populas L. sawdust as the main raw materials to make the cultivation bag, using the soil of Populas L. forest and Populas L. leaves as the covering material, fruiting experiment was studied. In the process of indoor cultivation, mycelium knotted and coarsened after climbing into the soil, and formed a shape similar to the primordium of the fruiting body. Although it did not form fruiting body, it provided some useful exploration for formation of the fruiting body.更多还原
