蘑菇状蛹虫草子实体的诱发及虫草素含量分析
Induction of Fruiting Body of Cordyceps militaris (L.) Link with Mushroom Shape and Analysis of Cordycepin Content
【摘要】 为选育出消费者喜爱的商品形态、口感及虫草素含量更理想的蛹虫草(Cordyceps militaris)子实体,基于米饭和鸡蛋的基础培养基,采用5种组合配方进行了筛选试验。试验结果表明,在米饭全蛋(RE)、全蛋(CE)、蛋黄(CY)固体培养基中均长出不同形态的子实体;其中,全蛋固体培养基中子实体呈明显蘑菇状,直径可达3.2 cm,蛋黄固体培养基中子实体虫草素含量最高,为30 414μg·g-1。这一结果为培育获得蘑菇状商品形态的蛹虫草菌株提供了新的思路。
【Abstract】 In order to continuously select and breed fruiting body of Cordyceps militaris with better commodity shape, taste and cordyceps content, based on rice and egg as the basic culture substrate, we carried out screening tests on five combinations of formulas. The results showed that different forms of fruiting bodies grew in the solid media of rice and whole eggs(RE), whole eggs(CE) and egg yolk(CY), and the contents of cordycepin, adenine and adenosine of the fruiting bodies were significantly different. Among them, the fruiting bodies in the solid medium of whole eggs showed obvious mushroom shape with a diameter of up to 3.2 cm, and cordycepin content was as high as 30 414 μg·g-1. This result provides a new idea for us to explore how to obtain commercial mushroom shape of fruiting body based on vegetative body breeding.
