杏鲍菇氨基酸对有氧运动中心肌及骨骼肌抗氧化能力的影响
Effect of Amino Acids of Pleurotus eryngii on Antioxidative Capacity of Aerobic Central and Skeletal Muscles
【摘要】 为研究杏鲍菇氨基酸对有氧运动中心肌和骨骼肌的抗氧化能力,利用小鼠进行跑步有氧运动训练,同时灌胃杏鲍菇氨基酸,分组进行小鼠血液生化指标检测和体外抗氧化性试验。血液指标检测结果显示,杏鲍菇氨基酸能够有效降低血液LD、CK含量,但BUN含量出现升高。小鼠抗氧化试验结果显示,杏鲍菇氨基酸溶液对超氧阴离子自由基有较强的清除作用,浓度与清除率呈量价正比关系。杏鲍菇氨基酸对有氧运动中心肌和骨骼肌的抗氧化能力有一定的提升作用,能有效提升有氧运动肌肉群的耐力和运动时间。
【Abstract】 To study the antioxidative effect of amino acids from Pleurotus eryngii on aerobic central and skeletal muscles. The mice were given aerobic exercise and amino acids of P. eryngii by gavage. The results showed that the amino acid of P. eryngii could effectively reduce the content of LD and CK in blood, but the content of bun increased. The results of antioxidant test showed that the amino acid solution of P. eryngii had a strong scavenging effect on superoxide anion free radicals, and the concentration was in direct proportion to the scavenging rate. The amino acids of P. eryngii can improve the antioxidant capacity of the central and skeletal muscles of aerobic exercise, and can effectively improve the endurance and exercise time of aerobic exercise muscles.
