【摘要】 目的分析前列地尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的影响。方法 56例早期糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组采用厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组采用前列地尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)水平。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组的67.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的UAER、BUN、Scr水平均较本组治疗前降低,且观察组患者UAER(95.64±20.34)μg/min、BUN(4.25±1.17)mmol/L、Scr(82.56±6.12)μmol/L低于对照组的(140.18±22.56)μg/min、(5.69±1.16)mmol/L、(94.34±6.58)μmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为10.71%,与对照组的7.14%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列地尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病能够有效保护患者肾功能,明显提升临床疗效,加快患者康复进程,是一种安全高效的治疗方法 ,具有较高的推广和应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of alprostadil combined with irbesartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods A total of 56 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 28 cases in each group. The control group was treated with irbesartan, and the observation group was treated with alprostadil and irbesartan. The clinical efficacy, occurrence of adverse reactions, urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), and serum creatinine(Scr) levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.86%, which was significantly higher than 67.86% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of UAER, BUN, and Scr of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment, and the UAER(95.64±20.34) μg/min, BUN(4.25±1.17) mmol/L, Scr(82.56±6.12) μmol/L of the observation group was lower than(140.18±22.56) μg/min,(5.69±1.16) mmol/L,(94.34±6.58) μmol/L of the control group. All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.71%, which was not statistically different from 7.14% in the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion Alprostadil combined with irbesartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy can effectively protect renal function of patients. It is a safe and efficient treatment method, which can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and speed up the recovery process of patients. It has high promotion and application value.更多还原
