【摘要】 目的探究早期康复护理在脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法 300例脑梗死患者,按照随机数字表法分为调查组与对照组,各150例。对照组患者采取常规护理措施,调查组患者在常规护理措施的基础上采取早期康复护理措施。对比两组格拉斯哥昏迷指数(GCS)评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果护理后,两组GCS评分均高于护理前,且调查组GCS评分(13.92±1.72)分高于对照组的(10.56±1.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,调查组社会功能、心理功能、认知功能、生理功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查组患者满意度94.0%高于对照组的81.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑梗死患者的护理中,采取早期康复护理措施能够有效地增加患者的生活质量,减少昏迷发生的可能,并且使患者更加满意,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the practical effect of early rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 300 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into investigation group and control group according to random numerical table, with 150 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional nursing, and the investigation group was treated with early rehabilitation nursing based on conventional nursing. The Glasgow coma scale(GCS) score, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the GCS score of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and GCS score(13.92±1.72) points of the investigation group was higher than(10.56± 1.58) points of the control group. All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the social function, mental function, cognitive function, physiological function score of the investigation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate 94.0% of the investigation group was higher than 81.3% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction, early rehabilitation nursing can effectively increase the quality of life of patients, reduce the possibility of coma, and make patients more satisfied, which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
