【摘要】 目的探究高龄患者植入心脏起搏器的临床效果。方法 60例高龄患者,根据植入类型不同分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组植入单腔心脏起搏器,观察组植入双腔心脏起搏器。对比两组生活质量评分、心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)]及治疗效果。结果观察组生理功能、社会功能、情感职能、心理健康评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组植入心脏起搏器3个月后LVEF、LVESV、LVEDV分别为(58.31±1.12)%、(45.65±1.03)ml、(96.25±1.03)ml,均优于对照组的(52.64±1.03)%、(39.14±1.54)ml、(94.13±1.03)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高龄患者植入双腔心脏起搏器效果显著,能有效提升患者生活质量水平,改善心功能指标,值得研究和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pacemaker implantation in elderly patients. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients were divided into observation group and control group according to according to different types of implantation, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was implanted with a single-chamber pacemaker, and the observation group was implanted with a dual-chamber pacemaker. The quality of life, cardiac function indicators [left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV), left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)], and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results The physical function, social function, emotional function and mental health score of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 3 months of implantation, the levels of LVEF, LVESV and LVEDV of the observation group were(58.31±1.12)%,(45.65±1.03) ml and(96.25±1.03) ml, which were all better than(52.64±1.03)%,(39.14±1.54) ml and(94.13±1.03) ml of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 66.67% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Dual-chamber pacemaker implantation shows remarkable effect in elderly patients, which can effectively improve the quality of life and cardiac function indicators of patients.
