【摘要】 目的分析运动康复护理对高龄老年冠心病患者临床疗效及心功能的影响。方法 74例高龄老年冠心病患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各37例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上使用运动康复护理。比较两组护理前后心功能指标,生活质量评分,临床满意度。结果护理后,研究组左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左房内径(LA)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、E峰与A峰比值(E/A)、心胸比均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能、物质生活评分分别为(84.62±3.34)、(87.40±3.25)、(84.65±3.11)、(88.30±3.45)分,均高于对照组的(71.36±3.57)、(74.59±3.82)、(73.46±3.66)、(73.20±3.08)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组满意度94.59%高于对照组的78.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床将运动康复护理应用于高龄老年冠心病患者中,可改善患者心功能,能提升其生活质量及满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sports rehabilitation nursing on coronary heart disease in the elderly and its influence on cardiac function. Methods A total of 74 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were divided into research group and control group according to random numerical table, with 37 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the research group received sports rehabilitation nursing based on conventional nursing. The cardiac function indicators before and after nursing, quality of life score and clinical satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD), left atrial diameter(LAD), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), peak E to peak A ratio(E/A), and cardiothoracic ratio of the research group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The physical function, social function, mental function, material life score of the research group were(84.62±3.34),(87.40±3.25),(84.65±3.11) and(88.30±3.45) points, which were all higher than(71.36±3.57),(74.59±3.82),(73.46±3.66) and(73.20± 3.08) points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate 94.59% of the research group was higher than 78.37% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of sports rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease can improve the cardiac function of patients and improve their quality of life and satisfaction.更多还原
