长距离引水系统超大型输水泵站工艺设计要点

【摘要】 文中以上海市黄浦江上游水源地工程中超大型原水输水泵站为例,阐述在长距离市政输水系统工程中,超大型输水泵站的工艺设计关键要点。通过分析泵站输水运行工况及水力计算、水泵配置及选型、水泵调节方案、水力过渡过程及防水锤设计、水泵前池稳态设计等方面,得出合理的泵站设计方案,保障长距离引水系统及超大型输水泵站的平稳安全运行。

【Abstract】 Taking ultra-large raw water pumping station in Shanghai Huangpu River upstream water source project as an example,this paper expounds the key points of the process design of ultra-large water pumping station in long-distance municipal water diversion system project. This paper analyes pump station water delivery operating conditions and hydraulic calculations, pump configuration and selection, pump adjustment schemes, water hammer, steady-state design of pump suction pool, etc. Reasonable pump station design scheme is obtained to ensure the smooth and safe operation of long-distance water diversion system and super-large water pumping station.
