液/半固态双金属铸造复合工艺准则研究
Research on the Composite Process Criterion of Liquid-Semisolid Bimetal Casting
【摘要】 经典的复合材料中对复合工艺已经进行了较为系统的研究,同时也形成了相应的复合准则。但对于液/半固态双金属铸造复合工艺而言,这样复合准则指导应用研究与生产实践有着重要意义。因此,建立液/半固态双金属复合准则,可以为双金属铸造复合材料设计过程提供可靠依据。如何表示液/半固态双金属复合材料复合准则将是值得研究的一个重要课题。本文针对液/半固态铸造复合工艺,通过这种方法制备了低碳钢/高铬铸铁(LCS/HCCI)复合耐磨薄板,在液/半固态双金属铸造复合板制备新工艺基础上,提出了液/半固态双金属铸造复合工艺准则,以解决传统铸造复合工艺难于制备大平面双金属铸造复合耐磨材料的根本问题。
【Abstract】 In the classic composite materials, the composite technology has been studied systematically, and corresponding composite rules have also been formed. But for liquid/semi-solid casting composite materials, there should also be such composite guidelines to guide application research and production practices. Therefore, the establishment of liquid/semi-solid casting composite process criteria can provide a reliable basis for the design process of two-liquid casting composite materials. How to express the composite criterion of liquid/semi-solid casting composite process will be an important topic worthy of study. This article is aimed at the liquid/semi-solid casting composite process. Through this method, low-carbon steel/high-chromium cast iron(LCS/HCCI)composite wear-resistant thin plates are prepared. It is difficult to achieve the large-scale metallurgical bonding and the interface oxide inclusion removal in the breakthrough of the wear-resistant plates. After the technical bottleneck, on the basis of the new preparation process of liquid/semi-solid bimetal casting composite plate, the liquid/semi-solid bimetal casting composite process guidelines were proposed to solve the difficulty of traditional casting composite technology to prepare the large flat bimetal casting composite wear-resistant materials.
