【摘要】 专业主义研究源于职业社会学,随着组织管理要素在专业机构的出现,专业主义的研究视角逐渐向组织管理转变,进而凸显了专业主义在组织管理领域的研究价值。尽管组织管理视角下专业主义的研究取得了一定进展,但在专业主义概念方面的认知较为匮乏,且研究结论较为分散,故有必要对相关研究进行述评。本文通过介绍专业主义研究的概述、测量和概念的核心属性,整理其前因、结果及作用机制,对已有研究进行了系统地梳理和评述,形成了组织管理视角下专业主义研究的整体框架并指出未来研究的方向。本文发现,已有研究在专业主义概念测量、作用机制研究、研究对象和背景、研究实践价值方面存在不足。因此,本文从专业主义测量的完善、挖掘专业主义在组织管理视角下的作用机制、专业主义在新兴领域的拓展、组织和个体专业主义的提升四个方面对未来研究进行了展望,并探讨了专业主义对组织管理的实践启示。本文为深化组织管理视角下专业主义的研究和实践提供了重要参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study of professionalism originated in occupational sociology, and with the emergence of organizational management elements in occupational organizations, the research perspective of professionalism gradually shifted to organizational management, which in turn highlighted the research value of professionalism in the field of organizational management. Although some progress has been made in the study of professionalism from the perspective of organizational management, the concept of professionalism is poorly understood, and the research results are scattered, so it is necessary to review the relevant studies. In this paper, we present an overview of professionalism research, its measurement and the core attributes of the concept, and organize its antecedents and mechanisms of action. We also provide a systematic overview and review of existing research, form an overall framework for professionalism research in the context of organizational management, and point out future research directions. This paper finds that the existing studies are deficient in measuring the concept of professionalism, the mechanism of action, the object and context of research, and the value of research practice. Therefore, this paper provides an outlook on future research in four areas: improving the measurement of professionalism, exploring the mechanism of the role of professionalism in the organizational management perspective, expanding the application of professionalism in emerging fields, and enhancing organizational and individual professionalism, and discusses the practical implications of professionalism for organizational management. This paper provides an important reference for deepening the research and practice of professionalism from the perspective of organizational management.更多还原
