北京市事业单位公开招聘考试改善探索与实践
Exploration and Practice on Improvement of Public Recruitment Examination for Public Institutions in Beijing
【摘要】 北京市自2012年开发并推行了体现事业单位用人特色、分3类岗位考试的事业单位公开招聘考试新模式,重点考查进入事业单位岗位工作所需的公共基本能力,为事业单位甄选人才发挥了积极作用。为进一步提升考试科学性水平,本研究进行了跨年度、跨考次的数据分析,结合问卷调查结果,深入分析了考试质量、新题型表现、考试社会评价等方面,并进行了跨次考试的等值性分析以及与公务员录用考试成绩相关的分析。结果表明,新模式考试质量较好,不同次考试等值性良好,且与公务员录用考试具有相容效度。基于研究结果,北京市改进了主观题目以加强对问题解决能力的考查;提升了空间关系题型的表面效度,使该题型更贴近用人单位和测查考生空间能力的实际需要。
【Abstract】 Since 2012, Beijing has developed and implemented a new mode of public recruitment examination for public institutions, which reflects the recruitment characteristics of public institutions and is divided into three types of post examination. It focuses on the basic public ability required for the posts of public institutions and plays an active role in selecting talents for public institutions. In order to further improve the scientific level of the examination, this study carried out a crossyear and cross-examination data analysis, combined with the results of the questionnaire survey, deeply analyzed the quality of the examination, the performance of the new questions, the social evaluation of the examination and other aspects, and carried out the cross-examination equivalence analysis and the analysis related to the examination results of civil servants. The results show that the quality of the new mode is good, the equivalence of different examinations is good, and it has compatible validity with the civil servant examination. Based on the results of the study, Beijing has improved the subjective questions to strengthen the examination of problem-solving ability, and has improved the surface validity of the spatial relation question type, thus making the question type closer to the actual needs of employers in examining the spatial ability of the examinees.
