【摘要】 目的:调查三甲医院不同层级护士对护理新理论新技术的培训需求。方法:采取便利抽样法,选取2021年7月某三甲医院230名护士为研究对象,采用自行设计的调查问卷进行调查。结果:89.8%的护士认为不断更新护理新理论新技术重要;不同层级护士的培训需求具有差异化。结论:三甲医院不同层级护士对护理新理论新技术培训有很大需求。不同层级护士对培训内容、方式上需求不一致:中低层级护士注重提升专科业务能力,希望结合互联网和护理信息相关资源;高层级护士偏向交叉学科的碰撞,偏好脱产培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the demands for training on new nursing theories and techniques of different levels of nurses in grade A tertiary hospitals.Methods: The convenience sampling method is adopted by selecting 230 nurses at grade A tertiary hospital in July 2021 as the research subjects.And a self-designed questionnaire is used for this investigation.Results: 89.8% of the nurses believed that it is “important” and “very important” to continuously update them with new nursing theories and technologies; and the training needs of nurses at different levels vary.Conclusions: nurses at different levels in grade A tertiary hospitals have a great demand for training on new nursing theories and techniques.Nurses at different levels have inconsistent requirements for the training contents and methods: the training requirements of middle and low level nurses are mainly focused on improving the professional ability of this specialty, and the training is expected to be combined with the Internet; and the training requirements of nurses at high levels tend to concentrated on integration of cross-cutting disciplines, with a preference for off-the-job training.更多还原
