【Abstract】 In recent years, Interprofessional education(IPE) has been widely accepted by the medical community. Improving patient safety is a major goal of the global healthcare system, and IPE aims to promote collaboration among health care professionals from different disciplines to provide safer, and more effective patient care. The application of IPE plays an important role in promoting medical team cooperation, enhancing professional knowledge and skills, and improving medical care and doctor-patient communication capabilities. Here, we described the development background of IPE, the necessity of IPE in the standardized training of residents, the application exploration and resistance of IPE in the standardized training of residents. It provides clues and basis for promoting the application of IPE in standardized training of residents in China.更多还原
