基于PACS系统的多模式影像CBL教学在眼科教学中的应用研究
Using CBL based on PACS system in ophthalmology teaching
【摘要】 目的:研究分析基于图像存储和传输系统(PACS)的案例教学法(CBL)在眼科教学实践中的效果及评价。方法:40名住院医师分别以传统教学和基于PACS的CBL教学进行授课。通过理论考核和问卷分析调查比较两组学生的教学效果。结果:实验组成绩和临床能力均有提升,教学满意度也有提高。结论:基于PACS的CBL教学对眼科教学效果有一定提升作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study and evaluate the effect of case-based learning(CBL) based on picture archiving and communication system(PACS) in ophthalmology teaching practice. Methods: Forty residents were divided control group(traditional teaching) and experimental group(CBL teaching with PACS). The teaching effect was evaluated by theoretical examination and questionnaire analysis. Results: The scores and the improvement rate of clinical ability of experimental group were better, and the teaching satisfaction was also improved. Conclusion: CBL teaching with PACS system improves the effect of ophthalmology teaching.
