【摘要】 目的建立天花粉中瓜氨酸含量的荧光测定方法。方法利用荧光探针测定天花粉乙醇提取液中瓜氨酸的含量,并与紫外分光光度法和薄层色谱法两种方法的测定结果进行比较。结果荧光法的方法学考察均符合要求。荧光法、紫外分光光度法和薄层色谱法测得的天花粉中瓜氨酸的平均含量分别为2.083%、1.849%、1.697%。结论该荧光法操作简便、结果较为准确,可用于天花粉中瓜氨酸含量的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the citrulline content in Trichosanthis Radix by fluorescence method. Methods Based on the previously reported fluorescent probe, we determined the citrulline content of ethanol extracted from Trichosanthis Radix. The results were compared with ultraviolet spectrophotometry method and thin-layer chromatography method. Results The methodological investigation results all met the requirements. The citrulline contents in Trichosanthis Radix measured by fluorescence method, ultraviolet spectrophotometry method, and thin-layer chromatography method was 2.083%, 1.849%, and 1.697%, respectively. Conclusion The fluorescence method is simple, accurate, and suitable for the determination of citrulline content in Trichosanthis Radix.更多还原
