【摘要】 探讨临床药师在1例擅自服用氢氯噻嗪30余年致内分泌代谢紊乱患者药学实践中的作用及由此引发基层民众急需合理用药科普的一些思考。通过对药品不良反应发生机制的研究,临床药师积极参与1例代谢紊乱患者的治疗过程,提供药学监护、用药教育及出院后随访等药学服务。临床药师以自身药学专业知识为切入点,辨别药品不良反应,为长期口服氢氯噻嗪产生代谢紊乱患者提供用药参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 To determine the role of clinic pharmacists caring for a patient with metabolic disorder caused by the unauthorized use of hydrochlorothiazide for over 30 years.Through studing the mechanism of adverse drug reactions,clinical pharmacists actively participated in the treatment for this patient with metabolic disorders,and provided pharmaceutical care,medication education and post-discharge follow-up visit.Pharmaceutical expertise may identify adverse drug reactions,and provide the reference for patients with metabolic disorders caused by long-term use of oral hydrochlorothiazide.更多还原
