【摘要】 在梳理和评价国内外关于健康家庭研究的基础上,整合过去相对碎片化的多学科研究成果,界定健康家庭的概念,从六个维度深入理解健康家庭的内涵,提出由18个二级指标和41个三级指标组成的统计测量体系,并通过拓展传统社会支持理论,建立健康家庭的理论解释框架。研究分析表明,家庭健康的核心是家庭价值观念的健康与家庭关系的平等和谐,而来自家庭外部的社会支持,包括文化支持、制度和政策的支持以及专业家庭咨询的公益服务,有助于微观家庭整体健康水平的提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article defines the concept of healthy families, probes deeply into the connotation of healthy families from six dimensions, proposes statistical measurement system composed of 18 secondary indicators, and constructs a theoretical interpretation framework of healthy families through expanding the traditional social support theory. The analyses indicate that the health of family values, the equality and harmony of family relations comprise the very core of family health, while the social support from outside the family including the support of culture and policy as well as the public service of professional family consultation will be very beneficial to the improvement of the overall health of the micro family. It is suggested to promote the construction of healthy families from such aspects as advocating advanced family culture, integrating the family perspective into various social policies, and strengthening the supply of professional services in community and society.更多还原
