UPLC-Q/Orbitrap HRMS同时测定塑料类食品接触材料及制品中增塑剂特定迁移量
Simultaneous determination of specific migration of plasticizers in plastic food contact materials and products by UPLC-Q/Orbitrap HRMS
【摘要】 该研究建立了超高效液相色谱-四极杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(UPLC-Q/Orbitrap HRMS)同时检测塑料类食品接触材料及制品中12种有机磷酸酯类和5种己二酸酯类增塑剂的特定迁移量。食品模拟物经乙腈稀释过膜后,以ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)为分离柱,以甲醇-0.2%甲酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 m L/min,15 min内可完成17种增塑剂的检测分析。通过方法学验证,17种增塑剂在较宽的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R2)均>0.992 5,3个添加量水平的回收率为63.2%~117.1%,精密度实验结果相对标准偏差为0.3%~9.7%,方法检出限为0.4~8.6μg/L,定量限为1.2~28.7μg/L。该方法前处理简单、快速,方法准确度、精密度和重复性较好。
【Abstract】 A method was established for simultaneous determination of the specific migration of 12 organophosphate esters and 5 adipates plasticizers in plastic food contact materials and products by UPLC-Q/Orbitrap HRMS. The food simulant was diluted with acetonitrile and passed membrane. Using ZORBAX SB-C18(2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.8 μm) as separation column, the gradient elution with a flow rate of 0.3 ml/min was performed with methanol-0.2%formic acid water as mobile phase, and 17 plasticizers could be detected and analyzed within 15 min. Through methodological verification, the 17 plasticizers had a good linear relationship within a wide range of mass concentration ranges, and the correlation coefficient R2 was greater than 0.992 5. The recovery rate of the three levels of addition was 63.2%-117.1%, the relative standard deviation of precision tests results was 0.3%-9.7%, the detection limit of the method was 0.4-8.6 μg/L, and the quantification limit was 1.2-28.7 μg/L. The pretreatment of the method was simple and fast, and the accuracy, precision and repeatability were good.
