虎跳峡金沙江大桥复合索鞍安装关键技术
Key Techniques for Installation of Composite Cable Saddle of Jinshajiang Bridge of Tiger Leaping Gorge
【摘要】 常规的悬索桥采用塔顶门架吊装的方法直接安装索鞍,但虎跳峡金沙江大桥的香格里拉岸没有桥塔,复合索鞍位于高陡的斜坡之上,不具备运输复合索鞍的条件,无法采用常规方法安装复合索鞍。故探索一种新的索鞍安装方法,采用"缆索吊机跨江吊运+拽拉到滑移支架+横向顶推+门架提升、滑移+调整就位"的方式进行安装。施工时,先进行缆索吊机、滑移支架和门架的施工;利用缆索吊机从施工条件较好的丽江岸将复合索鞍构件跨江吊运至香格里拉岸的滑移支架上;通过滑移支架把复合索鞍构件顶推至门架正下方,利用门架上的千斤顶提升、滑移、下放至指定位置。该方法可为山区无桥塔悬索桥索鞍的安装提供参考。
【Abstract】 The conventional suspension cable saddle installation method is to directly install the cable saddle with the tower top gantry lifting. However, there is no bridge tower on the Shangri-La side of the Tiger-Leaping Gorge Jinshajiang Bridge. The composite cable saddle is located above the steep slope, consequently, cannot be transported and installed in the normal way. Therefore, a new method of saddle installation is presented, and described as "cable crane cross-river lifting+pulling to sliding bracket+lateral pushing+gantry lifting and slipping+adjusting in position".During construction, the cable hoist, jacking platform and frame are carried out in the first. By using the cable hoist, the composite cable saddle components are lifted across the river from the Lijiang side with better construction conditions to the sliding bracket of the Shangri-La side. Then, these components are pushed up to the underside of the frame by the sliding bracket. Finally, the jacks on the frame are used to lift, slide, and lower each component to its designated position. This method can be used for reference to the installation of the cable saddle without a pylon in the mountain area.
