【摘要】 目的:观察针刺联合邵氏无痛手法治疗神经根型颈椎病患者的临床效果。方法:选取95例神经根型颈椎病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=47)。对照组实施针刺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合邵氏无痛手法治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.92%(47/48),高于对照组的80.85%(38/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS、NDI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论:邵氏无痛手法联合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病患者效果较好,能有效减轻疼痛程度,提高颈部功能,效果优于单用针刺治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe effects of Shao’s painless manipulation combined with acupuncture on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods: 95 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were selected as the research objects, and were divided into observation group(n=48) and control group(n=47) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with acupuncture, while the observation group was combined with Shao’s painless manipulation on the basis of that of the control group. The clinical efficacy, the visual analogue scale(VAS) score, the cervical disability index(NDI) score and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.92%(47/48), which was higher than 80.85%(38/47) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the VAS and NDI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusions: Shao’s painless manipulation combined with acupuncture has excellent results in the treatment of the patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, which can effectively relieve the pain and improve the neck function.
