【摘要】 目的:观察益气活血方联合常规西药治疗冠心病心肌缺血气虚血瘀证患者的效果。方法:选取96例冠心病心肌缺血气虚血瘀证患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益气活血方治疗,比较两组中医证候积分、心电图指标水平、心功能指标[心输出量(CO)、左室舒张末期内径(LVIDd)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]水平和临床疗效。结果:观察组胸闷、心悸、胸痛、气短、乏力等中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组ST段压低导联数总和、导联ST段压低值总和均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组CO、LVEF高于对照组,LVIDd低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%(45/48),高于对照组的75.00%(36/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血方联合常规西药治疗冠心病心肌缺血气虚血瘀证患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善心功能指标水平,以及降低心电图指标水平和中医证候积分,效果优于单纯常规西药治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe effects of Yiqi Huoxue recipe combined with conventional western medicine on patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia of qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods: 96 patients with myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were selected as subjects. According to the random number table, they were divided into control group and observation group, 48 cases in each. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue decoction on the basis of that of the control group. The TCM syndrome score, the electrocardiogram index levels, the left ventricular function index [cardiac output(CO), left ventricular internal diastolic diameter(LVIDd), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)] levels and the clinical efficacy were comparted between the two groups. Results: The TCM symptom scores such as chest tightness, palpitations, chest pain,shortness of breath, and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of sum of ST segment depression leads(NST) and sum of ST segment depression(∑ST) in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment; and those of the observation group was lower than those of the control group; and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the CO and LVEF levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the LVIDd level was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%(45/48), which was higher than 75.00%(36/48) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Yiqi Huoxue recipe combined with conventional western medicine for the patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia of qi deficiency and blood stasis type can improve the total effective rate of treatment, improve the levels of left ventricular function indexes, and reduces the levels of electrocardiogram indexes and the TCM syndrome scores.
