基于“雨课堂”的医学免疫学形成性评价效果分析
Effect of formative evaluation on Medical Immunology based on "Rain Classroom"
【摘要】 目的:分析基于"雨课堂"的医学免疫学形成性评价效果。方法:将本校2015级至2017级临床医学专业学生[包括临床医学八年制("5+3"一体化)班]共1 613人作为研究对象(实施"雨课堂"前后分别为1 047和566人)。分析比较2016-2019学年第二学期学生期末总评成绩,以及2018-2019学年第二学期"雨课堂"和期末考试成绩的相关性。结果:2018-2019学年第二学期的最低分为各学期最高(P<0.05);2016-2017学年和2018-2019学年第二学期的平均分均显著高于2017-2018学年第二学期(P<0.05);2018-2019学年第二学期的及格率最高,为93.1%;实施"雨课堂"后学生的最低分和及格率均显著高于实施前(P<0.05)。"雨课堂"成绩和期末考试成绩间显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:基于"雨课堂"的医学免疫学形成性评价重视学生整个学习过程,有助于完成综合性评价及提高学生的综合素质。
【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the formative evaluation effect on Medical Immunology based on "Rain Classroom".Methods:A total of 1 613 students majoring in clinical medicine from grade 2015 to grade 2017(including the classes of eight-year system of clinical medical "5+3" integration)were selected as study subjects(1 047 students before and 566 students after the implementation of the "Rain Classroom"). Analyzed and compared the final evaluation scores among the second semesters of academic year 2016-2019,and analyzed the correlation of formative evaluation of "Rain Classroom" and final examination scores in the second semester of academic year 2018-2019.Results:The lowest score in the second semester of academic year 2018-2019 was the highest(P<0.05);The average scores in the second semesters of academic year 2016-2017 and 2018-2019 were significantly higher than that in the second semester of academic year 2017-2018(P<0.05);The second semester of academic year 2018-2019 had the highest passing rate,which was 93.1%;The minimum score and passing rate after the implementation of "Rain Classroom" were significantly higher than those before implementation of "Rain classroom"(P<0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between the formative and summative scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:The formative evaluation on Medical Immunology based on "Rain Classroom" attached importance to the whole learning process of students,which was helpful to complete the comprehensive evaluation and improve the students’ comprehensive quality.
