【Abstract】 To establish a method for simultaneous detection of lymphocyte subsets and apoptosis in mouse thymus by five-color flow cytometry, which was used to integrate lymphocyte subsets and apoptosis in immunological experiments, and can also be used as one of the means to adjust and compress the experimental courses in the post-epidemic period.The new method can not only clearly show the proportion of double-negative T cells, double-positive T cells, CD4~+T cells and CD8~+T cells, but also display the apoptotic events of each cell subgroup after "positive selection" and "negative selection" under physiological conditions.更多还原
