小檗碱对异丙肾上腺素诱导心肌损伤保护作用研究进展
Protective Effect of Berberine on Myocardial Injury Induced by Isoproterenol
【摘要】 引起心肌受损的原因有很多,常见的有心脏缺血、缺氧、心肌变性、纤维化、坏死等由心血管疾病引发的病理学改变,严重的病变可引起心力衰竭、心律失常、心源性休克甚至猝死等.小檗碱(berberine, BBR)即黄连素,是中药黄连中分离的一种异喹啉类生物碱.本研究从小檗碱对异丙肾上腺素(isoproterenol, ISO)诱导的心肌损伤作用等方面对小檗碱的心肌保护作用及作用机制进行综述,为小檗碱的深入研究和临床应用提供理论依据.
【Abstract】 There are many causes for myocardial injury, among which cardiac ischemia, hypoxia, myocardial degeneration, fibrosis, necrosis and other diseases caused by cardiovascular diseases are common.Serious diseases can cause heart failure, arrhythmia, cardiogenic shock or even sudden death.Berberine(BBR) is a quaternary ammonium alkaloid isolated from Coptis chinensis.It has been found that BBR has many pharmacological effects within recent years.This paper reviews the myocardial protection and possible mechanism of berberine from the aspects of the myocardial injury induced by isoproterenol(ISO) in order to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application and further research on berberine.
